Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Full time - £8.79per hour

Northampton

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the world's largest building society with our client Nationwide. They're looking to develop and expand their contact centre team based at their Northampton site and in result, they're now looking for confident, outgoing individuals who are able to work well in a fast paced environment, to join their team at their Northampton site. Providing administrative support within the PPI Department you will need to:

Within this role, You will be required to take incoming calls from customers and 3rd parties who are requesting information on the progress of a complaint or an enquiry as to whether PPI was in place. Whilst on the telephone, advisors need to be able to validate customers, access mulitple systems, investigate enquiries and relay information clearly to the caller. The role includes data entry and assisting customers with the completion of PPI enquiry forms. Good telephone manner is essential.

Whilst these are admin tasks, you will need to be able to make decisions, assess which products you should be considering, verify signatures and check customer authorities to deal with third parties are valid. This role includes verbal customer contact, decision making, data entry, payments and letter production.

Competencies - Timeliness, reliable, attention to detail, to be able to solve problems and follow structured processes, strong communication skills are essential.

Experience - Customer service experience, recent PPI knowledge is desirable but not essential



A background in financial services or contact centre experience isn't essential for this position, as the company offer full training and ongoing support and development to help you reach your full potential.
