Inbound Customer Service Advisor - £8.45 per hour

Our client, a large and successful building society are looking to recruit a number of agents to work on their Customer Service Team based in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are looking to secure a long term role which will offer them development and a great rate of pay.
Overview of the role:
Taking incoming calls from customers and 3rd parties requesting information on the progress of a complaint / enquiring as to whether PPI was in place. Whilst on the telephone advisors need to be able to validate customers, access multiple systems, investigate enquiries and relay information clearly to the caller. The role includes data entry and assisting customers with the completion of PPI enquiry forms. Good telephone manner is essential.
Ideal candidate experience:
Competencies - Strong attention to detail, quick learner, strong & confident communication skills (verbal & written) PC literate & familiar using MS Office
Experience - Admin experience or experience working in an office based environment.

Have excellent Verbal and Written communication.
Have confidence in taking ownership for each call.
Be able to make and explain decisions clearly.
Hours of work:
Monday to Sunday - Shifts between 6am-10pm
Start Dates in July
Pay rate: £8.45 per hour
