Administrator - £10p/h - 1.5 Month Contract
To provide practical administrative support working collaboratively with the HR team. Ensuring accurate records are kept and all relevant administrative duties are undertaken in an effective and timely manner.
Attend meetings as required, and take notes
Compile and produce a clear and agreed record of the meeting action points for circulation
Ensure that Managers have relevant information in correct format for required meetings
Maintain the confidentiality of client information
General administrative duties
You will be expected to have good organisational skills and be able to use IT effectively in implementing tasks.
Your recent UK working experience going back at least 5 years, or full employment history if you have been working for fewer years than this.
Your availability to work either immediately, or at short notice.
The candidate needs to have a level of flexibility as they will probably be required to attend meetings outside the normal 9 till 5 role. There will be a requirement to work an 8hr day between 7am to 8pm
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven minute taking skills and experience.
At least 2 year's experience of working in a clerical role.
High standard of English grammar and punctuation.
Good communication skills and telephone manner.
Ability to cope with the constant pressure of working to procedural deadlines.
Ability to work under minimum supervision and use judgement, skills
Ability to prioritise own workload, responding to conflicting pressures.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages.
