Our client is looking for a Client Liaison Advisor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will need to be extremely organised and numerate, with excellent communication skills and customer service. There is a lot of use of spreadsheets so Excel proficiency is required.

Our client needs a candidate who is open minded to new initiatives and has a desire to pursue an accountancy qualification, which you will be fully supported to undertake.

You would need to take responsibility for an allocated client base, providing advice to clients on taxation, financial and administration matters. Basic tax/payroll knowledge, and ability to demonstrate financial awareness is essential

Adviser's are the first point of contact for clients. The role includes logging of expenses, take invoice details and provide business administration support. Adviser's provide a fairly high level of tax and accountancy advice through working alongside Accountants. Each Advisor has full responsibility for their own section of the client base but they also work together as a team.

The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.30pm with one hour for lunch Monday-Friday

The starting salary is £17,150 and the offer to fund AAT training with the permanent role for candidates that are interested.
