Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

My client based in Bolton are looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their close knit team.

Location: Bolton

Salary: £20,000

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week: 8:30 - 16:30, Monday - Friday

Holidays: 28 days holiday, inclusive of Bank Holidays



The Role:

* Investigating and processing payments to suppliers
* Statement reconciliation
* Inputting expenses invoices
* Processing stock and overhead invoices
* Investigating discrepancies in deliveries
* Resolving queries from suppliers

Experience:

* At least 12 months experience in a Purchase Ledger role (Essential)
* Experience of working with Oracle (desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail is require to complete end-to-end processes
* Experience of Accounts Payable
* Good understanding: Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel and Outlook, is required
* Highly organised
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
